LGE Community Credit Union is dedicated to the safety, health and well-being of our communities. We are closely monitoring the global coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and taking the necessary precautions to protect our members, employees and communities. We are relying on information and recommendations from public health experts like those at the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization to aid our decision making and guide our preventative measures against the spread of the virus and other illnesses.

Operational Updates

Mask Requirement Lifted

May 26, 2021

Following guidance from the CDC, Georgia Public Health and the State of Georgia, LGE no longer requires masks to be worn by employees, members, or visitors at our locations. Additionally, LGE continues to promote safety and wellness for employees, members, and visitors with the Synexis BioDefense System in all LGE branches, plexiglass dividers at service stations, social distancing, encouraging the use of appointment scheduling, maintaining additional cleaning measures, and more. 

SBA Paycheck Protection Program Update

May 6, 2021

Funding for the Paycheck Protection Program is now exhausted. The SBA is only offering PPP loans originated by Certified Development Companies (CDCs), SBA Microlenders, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), and Minority Depository Institutions (MDIs) until May 31, 2021. LGE does not fall within the categories as listed above and therefore is no longer able to accept PPP loan applications.

  • Get in touch with our Contact Center at 770-424-0060, M-F 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or Sat. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET.
  • Take advantage of our nationwide ATM network.

Online 

  • Check account balances, pay bills and loans, transfer money and more.
  • Use LGE's Snap Deposit to deposit money into your account by simply snapping a picture of your check.
  • Set up direct deposit to have your paycheck automatically placed into your account.
  • Wire Transfer
  • Transfer from your LGE account via online banking or the Memberline automated phone banking system.

On-The-Go

  • Deposit checks at an LGE ATM. For your convenience, LGE has temporarily increased the immediate availability of funds on checks deposited in the ATM to $750. 
  • Make a cash withdrawal at an LGE ATM or cash dispenser with no fee.
  • Withdraw cash at any cash dispensing ATM in the following networks: Publix ATM (Presto!), CO-OP, and CULIANCE.
  • Request cash back when making purchases with merchants.
  • Request a check withdrawal via online banking (desktop only), Memberline, or via our Contact Center (770-424-0060).

Your Money is Safe

We know our members have enough to worry about during these unprecedented times. You don’t have to worry about the safety or accessibility of your funds at LGE. All deposits at federally insured credit unions are protected by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund, with deposits insured up to at least $250,000 per individual depositor.
