At LGE Community Credit Union we are committed to serving our members, and protecting our employees while meeting members financial needs. Recently, federal, state and local government authorities have ordered businesses to comply with efforts to halt the spread of COVID-19. LGE must comply with these efforts in order to help mitigate the possibility of more severe actions. We apologize that our efforts to comply may be disruptive and inconvenient, however, LGE must do its part.
Effective immediately, our branch lobbies are closed to members, drive-thru service is open normal hours at branches providing this service. We will accommodate certain activities by appointment only - call 770-424-0060. These activities include debit/credit card issuance/reissuance, access safe deposit box (Dallas only), notary public, and transactions that may require signatures other than an electronic signature. Normal banking services, inquiry, transfers, deposits, payments, withdrawals and loan applications will only be handled via drive-thru, phone, electronic, online or mobile channels.
24/7 deposits and withdrawals can be made at any ATM located at LGE branches, CO-OP and CULIANCE network machines, surcharge free ATM withdrawals are also available at Presto (Publix) machines; SNAP Deposit is available via digital/mobile banking app; and the LGE Contact Center is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., by calling 770-424-0060.
