Logo must be received at least two weeks prior to event to be included on promotional items (unless otherwise specified). Logo should be sent in vector format whenever possible: .EPS or .AI files are acceptable (with text converted to outlines). If vector format is not available, you must provide a high-res .JPG no smaller than 300 dpi.
