To log in to Online Banking for the first time, you will need the username and password that was created for you when your account was opened. If you have never received a username and password, click here to register. For additional assistance, contact us at 770-424-0060, option 4.

Reset Password

Know your username, but can’t seem to get the password right? No problem! Click here to easily reset your password from your computer, smartphone, or tablet:

  • Verify some information for the primary account owner.
  • Select where to receive your temporary password and use it to log in (the temporary password will be valid for 2 hours).
  • Follow the prompts to create your new password and you’re all set!

Online Banking FAQs

  • Why is there an extra screen during the log in process?

    This change is in conformity to government guidelines issued in 2011, which call for enhanced security measures for Online Banking.

  • What is the criteria for my Username and Password?

    We recommend you do not use personal data, such as your name, SSN, or birth date. Also, do not use obvious words or letters, such as "LGE", "Password", or "Online Banking", or consecutive or repetitive characters, such as "1234" or "aaaa".

    Username criteria:

    • Username must be unique (If someone else has already selected that Username, the system will not allow another user to have the same Username. This is similar to creating an email address – no duplicates are allowed.)
    • Must be 6 – 20 characters and alphanumeric (any combination of letters and/or numbers)

    Password criteria:

    • Must be at least 8 characters in length, must contain at least 1 lowercase letter, at least 1 uppercase letter, and at least 1 number
    • Passwords are case-sensitive
  • How do I change my Username and/or Password?

    Log in to Online Banking from the LGE home page. Click on the “Settings” option by hovering on your name on the main page. From the “Settings” menu, select the “Security” tab. You can then adjust your Username or Password by selecting “Edit” next to what you’d like to change. You will then need to verify your account in order for the saved changes to take effect.

  • What browsers are supported?

    LGE Community Credit Union supports the current publicly available (and immediately previous) versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari. Click here to check your browser compatibility. Online Banking may work with other internet browsers, but we are unable to provide support for them. A currently supported version of Adobe Reader is required to view electronic documents delivered via Online Banking.
