Forgot Username and/or Password

We've made it easier to reset your username and/or password if you need help. Need additional help? Call us at 770-424-0060 and we can walk you through the process.

Forgot your username? No problem! Easily locate your username from your computer, smartphone, or tablet:

  • Verify some information for the primary account owner.
  • Follow the prompts.

Need to set a new password? Easily reset your password from your computer, smartphone, or tablet:

  • Verify some information for the primary account owner.
  • Select where to receive your temporary password and use it to log in (the temporary password will be valid for 10 minutes).
  • Follow the prompts to create your new password and you’re all set!

Online Banking FAQs

  • What is the criteria for my Username and Password?

    We recommend you do not use personal data, such as your name, SSN, or birth date. Also, do not use obvious words or letters, such as "LGE", "Password", or "Online Banking", or consecutive or repetitive characters, such as "1234" or "aaaa".

    Username criteria:

    • Username must be unique (If someone else has already selected that Username, the system will not allow another user to have the same Username. This is similar to creating an email address – no duplicates are allowed.)
    • Must be 6 – 20 characters and can be alphanumeric (any combination of letters and/or numbers)

    Password criteria:

    • Must be at least 8 characters in length, must contain at least 1 lowercase letter, at least 1 uppercase letter, and at least 1 number.  These special characters are allowed: !@”#$%^&+;?[]_’{|}
    • Passwords are case-sensitive
  • How do I change my Username and/or Password?

    Log in to Online Banking from the LGE home page. Click on the “Settings” option by hovering on your name on the main page. From the “Settings” menu, select the “Security” tab. You can then adjust your Username or Password by selecting “Edit” next to what you’d like to change. You will then need to verify your account in order for the saved changes to take effect.

  • What browsers are supported?

    LGE Community Credit Union supports the current publicly available (and immediately previous) versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari. Click here to check your browser compatibility. Online Banking may work with other internet browsers, but we are unable to provide support for them. A currently supported version of Adobe Reader is required to view electronic documents delivered via Online Banking.

eStatements

An electronic form of your account statement that arrives quicker and more securely!

  • Simply log in to Online Banking and accept the online disclosure (“eDisclosure”) during your initial login. You will be automatically enrolled in eStatements.
  • Access your eStatements via Online Banking by clicking Statements.
  • LGE eStatements are processed in PDF format; additional software may be required to view PDFs.
