  • Stop Payment

    To place a stop payment on a check:

    • Log in to Online Banking: The stop payment option will be available when a checking, money market or line of credit account is selected. You can select an eligible account from the dropdown. You will be required to enter the check date, the check number, the amount of the check, and the payee. Items with a current stop payment can be viewed under the current tab.

    • Download a Paper Check Stop Payment Request form

    To place a stop payment on an ACH:

  • Lost or Stolen Checks

    If your checks have been lost or stolen, visit a branch or call us at 770-424-0060 to report the loss and to change your checking account number. This will help prevent fraud from occurring on your account.

  • Lost or Stolen Cards

    To report your Visa Debit, Visa Credit, or ATM card lost or stolen:

    • During normal business hours: Call 770-424-0060
    • After Hours (Nights, Weekends, Holidays): Call 1-866-677-7151
      Press 1 to activate your card
      Press 2 to report your card lost or stolen
      Press 3 to change your PIN (must know old PIN number)
  • Change Card PIN or Activate Card

    To activate a new Visa Debit, Visa Credit, or ATM card or change your PIN:

    • Call 1-866-677-7151
      Press 1 to activate your card
      Press 2 to report your card lost or stolen

  • VISA Fraud Detection

    If you receive a message from a VISA Fraud Representative, please return the call as soon as possible at 877-902-4804. If we do not hear from you, we may at our discretion block the usage of your card to prevent potential fraudulent charges. For this reason it is critical for you to return messages left by a VISA Fraud Representative. Click here for more information.

    Certain types of transactions require that you Opt In for them to be covered by Courtesy Pay. Click here for more information. You can Opt In/Out via the following methods:
