LGE's Shred Day provides a safe and secure way to destroy any documents that may contain important or private information – all while supporting local charities. This event is open to the public (not just LGE members), so bring your friends and family!

Cash donations will be collected onsite to support our neighbors and their families! All donations will serve Backpack Buddies, a program that provides children from food-insecure homes in Cartersville & Bartow County schools with weekend meals during the school year.
What to know before you go:
- The Shred Day events will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Donations can be made in cash
- Suggested donation amount: $1 per box
- Limit of 5 average-sized boxes or bags
- Acceptable items: paper, paper clips, staples, binder clips, and file folders
- Unacceptable items: boxes, plastic, binders, batteries, electronics, wood, trash, or any items that may damage a shredder
